The hotel is situated halfway on the road from the airport to the city of Pythagorion. Walking distance to Pythagorion and to a 6miles long sandy beach to the South of the island.Moreover, it is in close proximity to all the major archaelogical sites of Samos, such as the Roman Baths, the temple of Hera and Ephpalino's tunnel. Thanks to its location the hotel can operate all year round.
The hotel ii a C class hotel and comprises 15 twin bedded rooms and 3 single bedded rooms. It is a two-floor building with semi basement.
The ground floor, that has an area of 244,72 square meters, features the reception, the snack-bar, the t.v room, the sitting room with fire place, the inside dining area that has also access to a large veranda that is used also as dining area. In the ground floor is also situated the manager’s office a small storage area, 4 twin bedded rooms and one single.
A spacious marble staircase leads to the first floor, that has an area of 239,54 square meters, where 9 twin bedded rooms and 2 single rooms are situated.
The semi basement has an area of 244,72 square meters and comprises the boiler-central heating room, the washing machine room, a large store room, the main kitchen area, changing facilities for the employees, an office that was used for car and motorbike rentals and finally two spacious twin bedded rooms with individual w.c and shower facilities.
Every twin bedded room has an area of 16,15square meters and has a w.c with shower facilities.
Every single bedded room has an area of 13,50square meters and has a w.c with shower facilities.
The building has been constructed legally in 1990 and complies fully with the conditions of building of the Greek Tourism Organization.
